The best doctor I have every been to. Compassionate , caring & the most detailed hearing report. I will never go to a different doctor again.

My wife and I were examined by Michele Sherman, Au.D yesterday. She did a thorough examination, discussed it with us, presented options to my wife and suggested things to think about before making a decision. We found her to be non pressuring and very empathic.

I recently took my mom to Towers Audiology Center to see Dr. Michele Sherman. My first impression of the office was that it was clean and organized. The first person you meet at Towers Audiology Center is Ashley, the front office coordinator. Ashley was incredibly polite and warm each time we had an appointment or when my mom or I would call the office to confirm an appointment. Ashley took the time to make sure that we were comfortable (I had my nieces and nephew with me; all are under the age of nine). She even gave the kids coloring pages and highlighters to color with while my mom was getting her hearing tested. Ashley was very kind and thorough when she showed my mom how to wear her hearing aids and maintain them (cleaning, changing batteries, etc.) Dr. Sherman was equally kind and compassionate during all the appointments that my mom had. She was very patient and took the time to explain my mom's condition and the possible treatment options to both of us. Dr. Sherman also exhaustively researched a hearing aid that would enhance my mom's hearing and compliment her current hearing condition. My mom has had major hearing loss and after being tested and fit for new hearing aids by Dr. Sherman, my mom cried because she could hear clearly for the first time in over ten years. Dr. Sherman and her very caring staff at Towers Audiology Center have given my mom a new lease on life that includes being part of daily conversations with her family (especially her grandchildren). I cannot begin to thank Dr. Michele Sherman, Ashley, and the rest of the staff at Towers Audiology Center for helping my mom to regain a portion of her life that has been lost for so long. You all are amazing, and the work you do has no equal. I cannot thank all of you enough for your dedicated work involving people who suffer from hearing loss.

I had a great experience with this office. They really go out of their way to cater to their patients and they are very caring. Michelle, the audiologist, took the time to sit and explain my results and treatment options in detail, which was greatly appreciated. It's obvious she is very passionate about her work. They worked with my schedule to fit me in and Ashley, the front desk coordinator, is always very polite and easy to talk to. She goes out of her way to make everything easy, from scheduling an appt to getting my medical records. Overall I'd say the office is very organized and provides a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Definitely recommending this establishment!! Thank you Tower Audiology for everything you do!

Very nice office, their front office Ashley Richardson is simply wonderful! Great personality and Dr. Michelle is very knowledgeable and patient.
